For the past 29 years, he has built an impressive portfolio of both residential and commercial clients, offering several types of flooring: carpet, vinyl, tile, VCT, plank, and hardwood to an array of consumer and professional clients.

The company eventually changed its name to JAS Flooring as they ventured beyond carpet installations and more into sales. Dawn was added as an official partner. The customer base extended to retail stores, hotels, daycares, universities, and churches. In recent years, services have expanded to small renovation projects and is now called JAS FloorCoverings and Renovations. JAS has renovated rooms in homes and upgraded spaces in public facilities. They have built decks, re-built staircases, and other handywork. Nonetheless, flooring contracting has remained the company’s primary focus.

Warehouse Description
The storefront is a 5764 sq. ft. commercial building located at 4207 Summit Avenue in Greensboro, NC. When traveling East on Interstate -29 toward Reidsville, NC, the building is approximately 5 miles from the W. Cone Blvd. exit. We have ample storage space to house products for our jobs. Although we are open for business Monday-Friday, most of our appointments are scheduled on site. For those clients who want to visit our showroom, we ask that you make an appointment to peruse flooring samples or discuss financing options.

Payment Options
We prefer not to accept cash in the warehouse. However, we accept several forms of payments: money orders, CashApp, Checks, and Major Credit Cards. We also have a partnership with Synchrony Bank and can offer several financing options.

Owner, Operations Manager

Dawn’s highest degree is a master’s in Business Education from NC A&T State University. She has worked as a sales Director for 12 years. She handles the marketing, bookkeeping, and human relations for the company.
